  • Q. Can you provide a brief overview of the conference process?
  • >> The process is as follows (for Presentation with Publication):
    Abstract Submission > Acceptance Notification > Pay Conference Registration Fee and send payment receipt via email > Submit Conference Registration Form > Submit full paper within one month of abstract acceptance > Present the paper (in-person or online) > Single-blind review of the full paper > Pay the Publication Fee (if applicable) > Publication of accepted full papers.

  • Q. Is full paper submission mandatory for ICAMS?
  • >> Authors can present their research work in two ways:
    1) Presentation with Publication: Full paper submission is required within one month of abstract acceptance for potential inclusion in the conference proceedings or journal,
    2) Presentation without Publication: Only extended abstracts are required, which will be included in the conference program or book of abstracts (no full paper needed).

  • Q. What are the different presentation modes?
  • >> Authors can choose between: 1)In-person Presentation: Physical certificates will be issued, 2)Online Presentation: Certificates will be emailed

  • Q. Can I change my presentation mode?
  • >> Yes, changes are allowed as: 1) From in-person to online: No refund for the fee difference, 2) From online to in-person: Changes permitted until November 15, 2024, with additional fees applicable.

  • Q. Is the conference fee refundable?
  • >> No, the conference fee is non-refundable once paid.

  • Q. Is Scopus indexed publication guaranteed?
  • >> The final decision on paper acceptance for publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief or Publisher. Papers may be removed from the publication process at any stage if they fail to meet quality standards or ethical guidelines.

  • Q. How many papers can an author submit?
  • >> Authors may submit a maximum of two or three papers for potential publication with Scopus indexing.

  • Q. What is the policy on paper withdrawal?
  • >> Authors may withdraw their paper at any time before it is submitted to the publisher.

  • Q. Is paper presentation at conference mandatory?
  • >> Yes, paper presentation at the conference is mandatory for all accepted abstracts and not presented papers will be removed from further process.

  • Q. Are there any restrictions on using AI tools for preparing the paper?
  • >> Authors must ensure that their paper content is not created or significantly modified using AI tools, including AI-generated text or figures and AI paraphrasing tools. AI tools may be used to analyze data and improve readability, such as for spelling and grammar, but should not replace the authors' own insights and evaluation. Authors are ultimately responsible for the content of their work.

  • Q. What are the accommodation options avilable?

  • Q. What is the weather like in Ahmednagar in December?
  • >> In February, Kolhapur experiences mild and pleasant weather. The average daytime temperature ranges between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), while nighttime temperatures can drop to around 10°C to 15°C (50°F to 59°F). It is generally dry, with clear skies and low humidity, making it a comfortable time to visit. Light jackets or sweaters are recommended for the cooler evenings and early mornings.
